VA Benefits: How to Apply for Disability Benefits, VA Benefits Timetable, and Medical Discharge Information

VeTSDC knows firsthand how challenging it can be to start the movements of obtaining disability benefits. Our founders have gone through it too and here's some info that they found particularly interesting...

Here is a website that walks you through how to apply for disability benefits:

What is a DD214?
This site walks you through how to understand what a DD form 214 is, it's history, and what you need it for and how to obtain one. It sends information to a SSD Representative to contact you and walk you through eligibility and how to sign up.

Want to know what a disability rating is and how the calculate your compensation?

Here's a look at the VA Benefits Timetable–

Veteran Suicide: It's Real and it Affects 22 Veterans Every Day...

VeTSDC knows all too well how veteran suicide can affect not only those who currently serve but also our past active duty vets. The things that our service members see along with time spent in hostile environments can cause multiple issues. If you, or someone you know, seems suicidal please contact the Veterans Crisis Line.

"The Veterans Crisis Line connects Veterans in crisis and their families and friends with qualified, caring Department of Veteran Affairs responders through a confidential toll-free hotline, online chat, or text. Veterans and their loved ones can call 1-800-273-8255 and Press 1, chat online, or send a text message to 838255 to receive confidential support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Support for deaf and hard of hearing individuals available."–Veterans Crisis Line
