Duties and Responsibilities:
New Leaf, an award-winning, non-profit organization is seeking a
dynamic Administrative/Financial Assistant to support our mission to “Promote
independence and quality of life through employment”. This position is
responsible for providing clerical support and other administrative duties,
primarily in the financial setting, as well as where needed and requested.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Financial duties

Payroll processing

Benefits administration

Data entry and word processing

Filing and all aspects involved
·
Maintain strict confidentiality of all
information
·
Assist where needed and requested
Qualifications:

Self-motivated
·
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other
computer software

Keen attention to detail

Strategic and innovative thinking
·
Possess excellent verbal and written
communication skills

Be able to organize and prioritize
·
Must be able to pass a background check as a
condition of employment
